Recent Workshops
It was such a pleasure to be back teaching at Maiwa in Vancouver in September. 


                                              
 

I taught both sculptural and wire workshops and both classes were sold out.  Everyone did excellent work!  

Thanks so much to Charllotte Kwon and the whole Maiwa crew for such a well run symposium!  Love that organization! 




Finally, I also got to see a bit of the beginning of Reconciliation week then a parting sculpture of Bill Reid's at the airport. What a treat of a week!

Lost in Fiber Space

Hanging by a Thread, my solo show in Louisville, KY has gotten some nice press and was recently chosen as a Staff Pick by the  


I am also just back from teaching at Arrowmont where I spent a week with my students...

It is hard to believe that this wonderful craft school is nestled in the middle of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, home of the most kitch and tacky stuff you can imagine...


Among other things, my adventurous group plunged right into an exercise in Plein Air Knitting which was not a bit hampered by being rained out.
